Richard was born in The Netherlands and moved to England aged 10, he started his real estate career in 1985 and has worked for independent estate agents, and run offices for the UK’s largest corporations, he has also lived in Sydney where he gained an honours degree; in real estate and contract law. Richard joined Court & Co after recognising the vast difference between corporate agency and Nicholas Courts bespoke independent estate agency. Having moved home many times, he understands that good communication, frankness, ability, and all round experience, are the key elements to a successful move. |

Having lived in Shenfield and Brentwood from an early age Ben has a wealth of knowledge of the area, its schools and local community. Ben joined Court & Co in early 2010 and has recently gone through the home buying process, moving into his own home in the centre of Brentwood earlier this year. Ben believes this to be an essential experience for anyone working within the industry. Having a thorough understanding of the process enables him to offer genuine advice based on personal and professional experience.
